• Profile information — for celebrity accounts, additional details such as category, bio, and pricing.
• Booking information — recipient name, occasion, and personalised instructions you submit when placing a booking.
• Payment information — transaction details such as order ID and amount. We do not store full card numbers or bank account details; these are handled directly by our payment processor, Razorpay.
• Usage data — information about how you interact with the Platform, such as pages visited and actions taken.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process bookings and facilitate video delivery between fans and Talent
• Send transactional communications related to your bookings (order confirmations, delivery notifications)
• Improve and personalise your experience on the Platform
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or prohibited activity
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

3. Data Storage

Your account and booking data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database and authentication platform. Data may be stored on servers located in India and/or Singapore, depending on the region configuration at the time of your registration.

4. Payment Processing

All payments on Fanbuzz are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. When you complete a payment, your card or bank details are submitted directly to Razorpay and are never stored on Fanbuzz servers.

Razorpay may collect and process your payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Razorpay's Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Video Storage

Celebrity-recorded videos are uploaded to and served from Cloudinary, a cloud-based media management platform. Videos are stored securely and are accessible only via unique URLs provided to the relevant fan through their My Orders page.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected.
• Deletion — request that your account and associated personal data be deleted, subject to any legal retention obligations.
• Portability — request that your data be provided in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to any processing of your personal data that you believe is unlawful or unnecessary.
